Work With Me

Welcome.

You are not a problem to solve—you're a story still unfolding.

Something brought you here. Maybe it's a feeling you can't quite name, a sense that you've been attending to everyone else for so long that you've gradually lost track of your own experience. Maybe you're in a transition. Maybe you've simply started asking questions that deserve more than a quick answer.

Whatever brought you, you're welcome here, exactly as you are.

What Happens When We Work Together

People come to this work carrying stories about themselves that don't quite fit. Through honest, unhurried conversation, and sometimes through clay, paint, or collage, something begins to shift.

You learn to question your own beliefs with curiosity instead of judgment. You start to look beyond your first thought, your first reaction, the story you've always assumed was true. Slowly, you begin to befriend yourself. To bring the same quality of attention and compassion inward that you've always given outward.

That is not a small thing. From that shift, real life changes: the relationship with your daughter becomes less fraught. The goal you kept abandoning becomes possible. The anxiety loosens, not because you've managed it, but because you've begun to understand it.

Self-knowledge is ungovernable. And once it starts, it tends not to stop.

Ways to Work Together

One-on-One Coaching

Private sessions grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a deep curiosity about your emotional life and the stories you carry.

This work is oriented toward potential, not pathology. We slow down, pay attention, and bring genuine curiosity to what's alive for you, your patterns, your nervous system, your inner life, and what becomes possible when you start to understand yourself more honestly.

This is not advice-giving. It is spacious, unhurried conversation that allows something real to surface.

$125 per session · $600 for six sessions Sessions are held virtually.

Creative Groups & Experiences

I offer a rotating range of group experiences that weave together creative practice, self-inquiry, and community. Some are ongoing. Some are one-time gatherings. All of them are rooted in the same orientation: curiosity over judgment, presence over perfection, and the belief that making something with your hands has a way of surfacing what words sometimes can't reach.

I also host small, intimate gatherings for birthdays and other moments worth marking together. My studio space holds up to five people, and when the weather opens things up outdoors, up to eight. These are unhurried, creative, and personal by design.

For Coaches

Some coaches arrive at a moment where they sense something untapped in their work. A quality of presence not yet fully inhabited. A steadiness not yet fully theirs.

If you are working toward your ACC or PCC credential and want mentoring that attends to the whole coach you are becoming, I may be the right fit.

We work live together. You bring a real moment from your coaching. A question you keep circling. An edge that keeps finding you. We explore it with curiosity and without judgment, using the ICF Core Competencies as a living framework rather than a performance checklist.

Skillful coaching lives at the intersection of mechanics and presence. Knowing the competencies is one thing. Knowing yourself well enough to stay regulated when your client's emotions rise, when an obstacle seems cemented in place, when their willingness wavers and you feel the pull to fix or rescue or fill the silence, that is a distinct and learnable skill. As is understanding where your emotional responsibility ends and your client's begins.

The coach who has developed both the craft and the inner steadiness is the coach whose clients experience something they cannot quite name but do not forget.

Currently offering individual mentor coaching for one or two coaches.
